Payoffs

The payoff system is the beginning stage of the drawing and spooling process. There are several types available in many ranges to fit your needs. The company has a complete line of payoffs for all sizes of wire and rod. We have turntables powered and non-powered custom designed to fit your requirements with ratings to 6000lb. capacity. We specialize in overhead payoffs from a simple single head unit to a dual position unit with a let down feature for easy string up. Complimenting the overhead we offer up-enders for horizontal loading of coils to a vertical payoff position. An optional turntable up-ender is available. Spooler payoffs are also available up to 8000lb. capacity.
